Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with internal and external parties to exceed customer expectations.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries with thorough documentation.
• Handle requests via phone, email or chat and route to the proper person.
• Own customer requests with follow-through and complete resolution.
• Assist in returns and replacements as needed.
• Analyze transactions, correct records and fix errors.
• Provide pricing and availability for in-stock items.
• Resolve questions related to orders and place orders where appropriate.
• Maintain 90%+ accuracy in customer service and sales QA reviews.
• Stay current with product knowledge through vendor meetings and training.
