Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a customer service call center environment.
• Experience in food service distribution is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of Word and Outlook; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to provide information and take orders.
• Record customer interactions and update transaction details accurately.
• Resolve service or billing complaints and ensure proper changes are made.
• Notify customers of claim results and refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate same-day deliveries and respond to routing questions.
• Provide product information and share new services or products.
