Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and choose efficient routes
• Identify customer concerns through listening and targeted questions
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database including calls, payments, and dispositions
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Participate in quality assurance processes and programs
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information
