You will field requests, schedule service visits, and maintain efficient routes to reduce drive time for technicians. You’ll lead with empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and support branch growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternate routes.
• Use listening skills and questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
