Qualifications

• One year of prior customer service experience.
• Entry-level customer service skills and techniques.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing, schedule service.
• Interact with customers by scheduling pest and builder services using Route Point.
• Resolve invoices and billing questions.
• Calm and diffuse angry customers and escalate to managers.
• Enter service notes in system and maintain customer files.
• Collect and reconcile payments.
