HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Customer Service Representative in North Carolina to deliver positive experiences, schedule services, and handle billing inquiries. You will interact with customers using Route Point software and maintain accurate service records.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, basic computer skills, and are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. We offer competitive pay and a robust benefits package in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use company phone features.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that significantly affect continued service and referrals.
• Respond to questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing, schedule services.
• Interact with customers and prospects by scheduling pest and builder related services using Route Point.
• Resolve invoice and billing questions and calmly handle upset customers.
• Enter service-related notes and update customer files in the system.
• Escalate inquiries to managers when needed and collect payments.
