Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with company telephone features.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule service and close for customers.
• Schedule pest and builder services using Route Point software.
• Resolve billing questions and invoice issues.
• Calm and professionally handle customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain customer files and update notes in the system.
