Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Entry level customer service skills and technique.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use company phone features.
• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences to encourage continued service.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing.
• Schedule services and use Route Point software.
• Handle invoices and billing questions.
• Calm and diffuse angry customers in professional manner.
• Escalate appropriate inquiries to managers.
• Maintain and update customer files and notes.
• Collect and reconcile payments with technicians.
