HomeTeam Pest Defense seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver positive experiences and support customer retention. You will interact with customers and prospects, schedule services, handle inquiries, and manage billing questions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Basic computer literacy expected.
• Telephone features and usage knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that support service usage and upselling.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule services and close with customers.
• Schedule pest-related services using Route Point software and update customer records.
• Handle invoices and billing questions, and collect payments.
• Communicate professionally with customers and prospects by phone.
• Enter service-related notes and maintain accurate files.
• Provide general marketing information to prospects and customers as requested.
• Follow up with customers for re-treats and ongoing services as directed.
