Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or more.

• 18+ years with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that influence continued service.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing, and schedule services.
• Interact with customers and prospects, schedule various services, and update notes in systems.
• Maintain customer files, verify paperwork, and assist with billing questions.
• Escalate inquiries to managers when needed.
