HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (Administrative) to deliver exceptional service. You will assist customers, schedule services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use company telephone features.
• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences to encourage ongoing service.
• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide pricing (non-termite).
• Schedule services and track notes in Route Point software.
• Handle billing questions and reconcile payments with technicians.
• Escalate inquiries to managers when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer files and service tickets.
