Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Cedar Park, TX store. You will be the front-line ambassador, delivering friendly service, handling transactions, and assisting with store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, handling cash, and supporting audits, reporting, and teamwork with the sales staff.

Formación

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening/closing responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image.
• Process sales orders accurately and obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
• Process customer credit applications and financing arrangements; maintain customer accounts.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to Management as needed.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks with documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports.
• Collaborate with sales team, merchandising, and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office to perform duties.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
