Amcor in the United States is hiring for a Customer Service Associate to manage daily inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle data entry, credits, returns, and collaborate with Production and Shipping to maintain on-time delivery.

A high school diploma is required with 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Core hours include 9:00a-5:30p or 9:30a-6:00p, with benefits that cover medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming customer calls and provides timely, accurate information.

• Performs data entry for all order types and processes credits/return authorizations.
• Monitors backorder status and provides tracking information as requested.
• Collaborates with Production and Shipping to support on-time delivery.
