Amcor in the United States is seeking a Customer Care professional to manage orders and maintain daily account operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Deductions, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and the Customer Care teams to ensure superior service.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer care, a college degree, and willingness to learn multiple product lines. A remote, home-based setup with reliable internet is expected, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer care or related field.

• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from web, email, EDI or fax to invoicing.
• Respond to status updates, pricing inquiries, and documentation needs.
• Provide prompt, professional support and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor orders and service levels to improve performance.
• Coordinate with transportation, supply chain, and plant ops.
