A multi-disciplinary design firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer relationships. The role involves managing inquiries, updating clients, and ensuring databases are current. Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, previous experience in a customer-facing role, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This position offers competitive pay at $30.50 hourly, 25 holidays plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and paid time off.

Formación

• Previous work in a customer-facing position is required.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented individuals are preferred.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer enquiries and provide job progress updates.
• Reply to incoming calls regarding products and services.
• Ensure databases reflect current customer information.
• Participate in training to keep policies and product knowledge up-to-date.
