Caliber Collision in Naples, FL is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance for vehicle repairs. The role supports Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping and photography, while coordinating transportation and paperwork to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance as required to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Coordinate active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.
