Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance on repairs. You will support collision estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photography, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork for repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond by providing guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures and industry guidelines.
