Caliber Collision Naples is currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance and assistance. The role includes supporting Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork to ensure efficient repairs.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while maintaining clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors.
• Ensure repairs align with Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
