Job summary

Crash Champions in Kent, WA is seeking an administrative professional to greet customers, answer phones, and keep the front desk and office organized. This role supports shop operations and ensures a positive first impression.

You will assist General Managers and Service Advisors, handle basic accounting entries, and help manage receivables/payables while maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace as the first point of contact.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence and route to the correct person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into accounting systems and spreadsheets, and balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
