Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Keep workspace clean as the first contact with customers.
• Manage all incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence and direct to the right person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
