Crash Champions seeks a customer-focused administrative assistant to greet customers, answer calls and support field managers. You will handle high-volume inquiries, perform clerical tasks, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-in traffic, and written correspondence, directing to the right person or dept.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to GMs and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into accounting systems and balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
