Job summary

Crash Champions in Asheville, NC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk administrator to greet customers, manage calls and walk-in traffic, and provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors.

This on-site role handles receivables, payables, data entry, and month-end statements, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k with match, referral bonus, and paid holidays. Pay ranges from $10.00 to $22.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers promptly and professionally.

• Manage all incoming calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence and direct accordingly.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
