Crash Champions is a fast-growing auto collision repair network with locations across the United States. This role offers frontline customer interaction, administrative support to GMs and service staff, and essential accounting tasks.

The position emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences at the first point of contact in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and prospective customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact with the facility.
• Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing to appropriate person/department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
