Job summary

Crash Champions in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an entry-level front desk/administrative role within our fast-growing collision repair network. You will greet customers, route calls, and provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors, helping maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment.

This position handles incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence, with responsibilities including basic accounting entries, balancing month-end statements, and general office

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
