Job summary

Caliber Collision in Longwood, FL is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance for next steps. You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork.

This role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to world-class service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure efficient repairs.
