Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Kissimmee service center. You will greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance and support to ensure smooth repairs.

Responsibilities include assisting estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking and photographing, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork, and completing customer deliveries while communicating effectively with customers, teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience
• Sales experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors
