Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Orlando – W Oak Ridge Rd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will support estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork.

You will communicate clearly with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, timely repairs while following Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience or sales background preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, andVehicle photography.
• Arrange transportation, prepare paperwork, and ensure accurate deliveries to customers.
