National Car Rental is looking for a Full Time Customer Experience Representative at the Denver International Airport. You will welcome customers, explain terms, and process rentals to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) in the past 5 years.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, local information, and service details.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assignments.
• Assess rental return condition and notify management of issues.
• Support training and development opportunities and perform backup duties.
