Job summary

National Car Rental at Miami International Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide friendly, efficient service and help customers through the rental process. The role includes verifying driver information and ensuring timely rental experiences.

You will communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and other services, while assisting customers with directions and local information in a fast-paced, seven-days-a-week operation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to work 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and vehicle features
• Use company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer protection products, upgrades, and add-ons
• Offer directions, maps, and local information to assist customers
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and questions; provide information and resolution for customers and other branches/vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous duties
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems or vehicle issues
• Notify Management of any maintenance needs
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training to improve skills
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and goal setting
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
