National Car Rental is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) for the onsite role at Salt Lake City International Airport. This full-time position involves greeting customers, explaining rental terms, and guiding the rental process with a strong focus on service and efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, providing information on options and insurance, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth vehicle returns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months or more at most recent employer.
• Ability to work posted schedule.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations/accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and optional protection products.
• Provide directions and local area information as needed.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions; resolve issues across branches.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups.
• Assess rental condition on return and report any concerns.
• Inform management of customer or vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-provided development.
