Job summary

National Car Rental at the Denver International Airport is seeking a Full Time Overnight Customer Experience Representative (CXR). You will greet customers, explain rental terms and vehicle options, and process rentals efficiently to ensure a smooth experience.

You will apply approved sales techniques, respond to reservations and inquiries, and assist with returns. The role includes a consistent 40-hour schedule and benefits as part of Enterprise Mobility family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 12 consecutive months of prior customer service/retail/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features and offer optional protections and upgrades.
• Use approved sales techniques to determine needs and offer services.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls or in person.
• Notify Management of customer or vehicle issues and assist with returns inspection.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities.
