National Car Rental at Louisville International Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, explain rental terms, and offer additional services. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and accurate documentation to ensure smooth rentals and returns.

The position requires at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment based on customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via phone and in person.
• Support to assess vehicle condition upon return and report issues to management.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and perform backup duties as assigned.
