Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform system-generated acknowledgements and review dealer orders.
