Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the primary contact for our branch, handling orders and providing product information to customers. You will collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world‑class service.
• Handle dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgments, using appropriate software.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
