Job summary

Caliber Collision in Woodbridge, CT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver exceptional service while coordinating daily workload and coordinating Rental Car partners. You will work in a fast-paced production shop, using multiple software systems and maintaining a friendly, collaborative approach to help customers navigate insurance authorizations and billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Adhere to insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing.
