Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
• Monitor work volume and propose load level adjustments as needed
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to deliver one-stop service
• Support knowledge of insurer requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes
