Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, identify their needs, and provide guidance to ensure smooth repairs.

You will assist Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping and photographing, coordinate transportation, prepare paperwork, and manage active customer deliveries, while communicating clearly with customers, teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping and photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
