Gerber Collision & Glass in Tallahassee is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during vehicle repairs. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners and support the Repair Facility Team with essential administrative tasks.

Key duties include scheduling repairs with CCC One and the Daily Demand Capacity Planner, processing insurance authorizations, preparing repair orders, recording communications, and updating rental

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment including customer service.

Responsabilités

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and the Daily Demand Capacity Planner with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet including QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental car information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure vehicles appear in CCC One.
