Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners and provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing RO packets, and recording communications in CCC One. A background in office admin and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative support).
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure vehicles appear in CCC One.
