Gerber Collision & Glass in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing essential administrative support.

You will schedule repairs, obtain insurance authorizations, prepare RO packets, and record communications in CCC One. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset to keep operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers during the repair process in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
