Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring for a customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to customers and insurers. You will handle administrative tasks for the repair facility team and help coordinate appointments and documentation with insurance partners.

The role requires good multitasking, attention to detail, and strong communication and sales skills, with familiarity of CCC One and ARMS systems. Benefits accompany a long history of industry leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment including customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently to deliver great service.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and daily scripts.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and support vehicle disassembly.
• Prepare repair orders with checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage rental information and update ARMS with rental usage.
