Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage interactions with customers and insurance companies while providing administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Typical duties include scheduling repairs, retrieving authorizations, updating CCC One and ARMS, and coordinating rental vehicles to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role
• Preferred experience in auto body or related customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance authorizations and prepare repair orders.
• Document communications with customers and insurers in CCC One notes.
• Update rental information and manage ARMS entries.
• Coordinate with the Repair Facility Team to keep workflow smooth
