Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers while providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. You will manage scheduling, insurance communications, and key paperwork throughout the repair process.

You will also handle rental coordination and maintain accurate records in CCC One. Strong multitasking, keen attention to detail, and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner
• Obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list, windshield tag
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles in CCC One
