Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the collision and glass repair environment. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining approvals, documenting communications in CCC One, and coordinating rental information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
