Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in San Antonio, TX is seeking a customer service-focused CSR to provide exceptional support to customers and insurers.

You will schedule repairs, process insurance authorizations, and maintain accurate records in CCC One and ARMS, ensuring a smooth repair journey for every client.

The role demands strong attention to detail, multitasking, and a friendly, sales-driven approach in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Experience in auto body environment or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and daily demand planning tools.
• Manage relationships with customers and insurance companies; obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and windshield tags.
• Document all communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One and update rental information in CCC One and ARMS.
