Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass Colleyville seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers. You will manage appointments, document repair authorizations, and prepare repair orders while coordinating rental cars and system entries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and other scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage rental car information and ARMS/CCC One integration.
• Assist in WOW plan execution and daily administrative tasks.
