Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will explain repair processes, address insurance information, coordinate rental cars, and ensure smooth communication with service advisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay organized, multi-task, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements re: authorizations, billing, and loads.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup.
• Assist customer communications throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and appointments; track rates.
• Reconcile invoices and payments; manage DRP/logbooks daily.
