Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will explain the repair process, assist with insurance information, and coordinate rental car and tow services to streamline the customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have prior customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy collision center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Coordinate Rental Car /Tow companies for one-stop service.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables where applicable.
• Ensure customer waiting area is clean and stocked with essentials.
