Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management, and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance steps.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements on authorizations and billing.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup.
• Assist customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments and appointment flow.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logs and ARMS daily.
• Reconcile invoices with payables reports.
• Keep customer waiting area clean and stocked with comfort items.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies.
