Job summary

Classic Collision, a growing auto repair network in Georgia, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will explain repair processes, assist with insurance claims, and coordinate rental car and towing services to deliver seamless service.

The role involves supporting the team with payments, invoicing, and keeping the waiting area welcoming. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain repair processes to customers and insurance claim details at a high level.
• Coordinate rental car and towing services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Support administrative tasks and assist with payments and invoicing.
